Dr. Scott Reid grew up in Columbus and graduated from Miami University, in Oxford Ohio, with a degree in finance. Dr. Reid received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) in 2009 from West Virginia University. While at West Virginia University, he was awarded two academic scholarships for his success in the classroom and in the clinic. Dr. Reid completed his AEGD (Advanced Education in General Dentistry) residency at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia with an emphasis on prosthodontics and complex restorative cases. Upon completing his residency, Dr. Reid joined a dental practice in southern Ohio before moving back to Columbus in 2014. He began practicing at Hilliard Dental Associates in the fall of 2017.
Dr. Reid is a member of the American Dental Association, the Ohio Dental Association, and the Columbus Dental Society. He has served as a delegate for the Ohio Dental Association representing the Southern Ohio Dental Society. He has also participated in several Mission of Mercy projects providing free dental care for indigent patients.
Dr. Reid is married to his wife, Hannah, who is a first grade teacher. They currently reside in Hilliard and have son Samuel (2) and twins Noah & Ben (born October 2018). They are both very excited to get involved in the Hilliard community. When not working, Dr. Reid enjoys family time, golf, college football, and vacationing to northern Michigan.
