Welcome to Our Practice

Welcome to Hilliard Dental Associates, Your Dentist in Hilliard, OH

Our community and world have been through a lot over the last year, and all of us are looking forward to resuming our normal habits and routines. While many things have changed, one thing remains the same – our commitment to your safety.

Our practice is now open for regular operations! There are many new mandates and safety measures in place so please be patient with these as we work through this together. Our office will communicate with you beforehand to ask you screening questions.

Our waiting room is open, but as always, your safety is our priority! Masks are required in the waiting area, and we will continue to request appropriate social distancing. If you would feel more comfortable waiting in your car, please call 614-777-1877 when you arrive, and we will notify you when your room is ready for you. Thank you for your understanding. Please know we are doing our best to be on time and bring you to your treatment room immediately upon your arrival. We also will be efficient checking you in and out after your appointment.

Our infection control measures have always been and will continue to be above what is required by the CDC, OSHA and the ADA. Again, the safety of our patients and staff is our top priority. If you have any questions or concerns, please call our office. We can’t wait to see you!

From the minute you walk in the door, we hope you will feel right at home. Our patients are our most important asset, and we strive to develop long-lasting, trusting relationships. Whether you are seeking basic dental maintenance or a Hollywood smile, one of the most important services we offer our patients is a plan to prevent unnecessary dental emergencies and to help you maintain your teeth for a lifetime.

We believe our patients should have as much information as possible in order to make important, informed decisions regarding their teeth and treatment options. Throughout our website, you will find an abundance of information about our practice, procedures we provide, and dentistry in general.

Also, we ensure that our office is a GLUTEN FREE zone for all, in order to accommodate those patients with severe gluten allergies.

Patient Reviews

The entire staff is wonderful!! Friendly and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and at ease. Dr Reid is probably the gentlest dentist I have ever seen. I would recommend this office to everyone that needs simple cleanings or major dental work.

The team at Hilliard Dental Associates is great! They are very flexible with scheduling, and I am always able to find an appointment time that works best for me! I work on the east side of town, but I still come out to Hilliard because I trust them the best.

Dr. Reid & his staff are always awesome! I’ve had cleanings and fillings done and Dr. Reid was very patient with me and made sure to take his time to ensure everything was done properly. He didn’t rush through the work but took his time, allowed me to take multiple breaks during the procedure and even followed up a few days later to make sure everything was feeling right or if any adjustment was needed. I would highly recommend Hilliard Dental Associates!

Sadly ,Portsmouth lost the best dentist ever. Scott Reid ,we sure miss you back here. Scott is the nicest guy and has a great personality. He and I had lots of laughs during my dental procedures and let me tell you,he’s so good with the numbing shots and I actually fell asleep during one of my root canals. He is amazing. I think if I ever need anything major done again I will certainly drive the 2 hours to see Scott. I highly recommend him. He will take care of you in the very best way.

Dr. Reid and his staff are awesome! They are all very friendly and genuinely care about your dental needs, not to mention the office is very clean. The staff are all professional and always take time to make sure you understand all that they're seeing and what they recommend is done going further. Also, the teeth whitening product they sell is awesome. I highly recommend this office- I definitely won't be going anywhere else!!

Our daughter is a more sensitive Celiac and, like many Celiacs, we have had disaster after disaster trying to go to the dentist, including dental clinics at well-known hospitals. No one seemed to consider EVERYTHING that goes into a patient's mouth, which meant our daughter was sick for weeks. We were so frustrated that we were close to giving up on going to the dentist altogether! Although we live several hours away from Dr. Reid, after a few phone calls, we were so impressed with the office's knowledge and eagerness to assist, we gave it one last chance. We could not be more impressed! They were wonderful from beginning to end, and took a genuine interest in what our daughter needed to ensure she remained gluten free. If you are a Celiac, have a gluten allergy, or are gluten sensitive, it is worth the trip to visit Dr. Reid. They will work closely with you to keep you healthy and well and your teeth will look great!
